This app is a pain. I wish cafes would avoid it. I had a card with stamps which randomly disappeared from the app, despite the stamps showing up in my history. And it has an incessant popup message asking me to turn on notifications. If I say no it keeps popping up anyway when navigating in the app. It makes me want to avoid my local cafe that uses it and use another with cheaper prices but no loyalty scheme. I will say though that they have a very quick customer service team, which is great.

The app works great! Except that their password reset link goes to a website with an insecure connection, no HTTPS cert. I'm not putting any sort of email address or password into an insecure site like that. This must be a bug or a general lapse in security but I am now unable to use the app on my new phone. Very disappointing. Edit: Checked today and they have fixed, yay!

When I try to collect a stamp it only works about 10% of the time, even with my phone resting on the device. Luckily the venue still has paper loyalty cards as well! Update: the developer responded and has patched the app for this problem. It still takes several seconds to collect the stamp and doesn't always work first time, but kudos to them for their efforts.

Hi Andrew, thank you for bringing this to our attention. If possible next time this issue occurs could you send feedback? The feedback option is located on the menu page which can be found by pressing the profile icon. Once we have feedback we can see in more detail what is causing the issue and release an update to stop this from occurring.
